The obligitory preamble
The obligatory preamble. My strategy is simple. Try and turn a small investment into a million dollars. I have a proven record at tuning 10$ into 100$. Ive even on more than one occasion turned 100$ into 1000$. Its going from 1000$ to 10000$ that has proven to be breaking point. Ive wagered 1000$ twice in a single bet. One time was a winner and one time I lost. From my perspective at the time, the feeeling of losing a thousand dollars far outweighed the joy of winning. Baby steps. They say write about what you know, lets take the sane thinking into gambling. Being a sports nut we are going to keep to the sports I wach the most. UFC, NFL, AFL, Cricket and Horseracing. As luck would have it we find ourselves in the middle of the NFL season and I have watched most of the games. From now on we can refer to the sum of ten dollars as 1 unit.
